As swine flu starts to spiral out of control you have to protect yourself. and find a way of surviving swine flu. The virus is now already jumping countries and you need to take action soon to make this effective.
There are several steps you can take to protect yourself. Before you do so you need to understand how this virus spreads from person to person.
Sneezing
Spitting
Coughing
blowing your nose
All these encourage the virus to replicate by transporting it through the air and by contact. It spreads by droplet infection through the air. hese drops carry the virus and other "victims" breath them in or pick them up from handshakes, physical contact or from surfaces. Where the virus sits and waits for the next victim to pick it up and pass it on to someone else. Once the virus enters your body it attacks your immune system and give you thw swine flu virus to pass on to someone else.
There is ccurrently NO natural immunity to this or vaccines. Developing a vaccine is going to take months. There is no guarantee a vaccine will work either. This swine flu virus can mutate very quickly. This means that any potential swine flu vaccine will be useless.
This is what you need to do to protect yourself against swine flu.
Did you know that If you are in six feet of an infected person you are at risk?
You cannot tell who is infected and who is not just by looking at them and you need to take precautions aginst this flu. You can wear a mask to avoid breating in the swine flu virus. A will only be effective for 15 minutes after wearing it, after that your saliva and breat will saturate it and make it transparent to the virus.
When you take off your mask you must wear gloves or wash your hands right away. If you do not you will be carryinmg the virus on your hands and if you touch your face, nose or mouth you will infect yourself.
Keep your hands away from your face. If you touch a handle or ay other surface it may be infected and by touching your nose or mouth afterwards you will infect yourself.
You should wear gloves or avoid touching shared surfaces at all if possible.
Door handles,
worktops,
supermarket trolleys
are call possible hiding places for this deadly virus.
Do not shake hands with people either. If they are carrying this virus they will pass it on to you thorugh their hands.
if you use a restroom in a public place make sure you wash your hands right away before leaving. Before you even do that think about this. The last thnig everyone touches in a restroom is what? It is the tap handle ... This is the thing everyone else touches as well and is the most inffected thing in the restroom. Use a tissue or a paper towel when you are using a restroom tap and avoid the swine flu virus.
When you get home from work or whereever you have been clean your shoes. It isa easy to carry the virus into your house. Use a disinfectant on your shoes to clean them or take them off before you enter the house. Make sure other members of your household do the same.
If you develop swine flu symptoms visit your ER or doctor right away. Only tamiflu helps at the moment. There have been some ancedotal stories that resveratrol helps to boost your immune system and protect against this too.
